Within the United States:

• We offer free shipping on all of the following products:

  • Model F

• For all other products shipping is a flat rate of $5 within the United States

• The estimated time in transit is 5-7 days and does not include processing time which is estimated to take up to 3 weeks due to the custom nature of our products

 

International:

• We offer international shipping to select countries at a flat rate of $15

• The estimated time in transit is 1-4 weeks and does not include processing time which is estimated to take up to 3 weeks due to the custom nature of our products

• We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country

Shipping is discrete with all packages being shipped inside of plain mailers bearing a return label to "CTECH"

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition. We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, but if you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide us with
